Joe Francis escapes from prison - legally March 12, 2008

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has settled his legal matters in Florida and is finally a free man. The boobies-obsessed Wunderkind will be back in Los Angeles sometime tonight, according to TMZ:

Francis has plead no contest to the charges of filming underage girls, and has been sentenced to time served. He will be on six months” “non-reporting” probation, and “Girls Gone Wild” can”t film in the area for three years. Bay County, we”re told, will return Joe”s brand new Ferrari, and $60,000 that they confiscated from him last year.

Owen Wilson to Jennifer Aniston: Kate who?

Owen Wilson is apparently tired of Kate Hudson”s heavenly ass and is moving on to Jennifer Aniston. The two are currently filming Marley & Me in Miami and their on-screen romance is moving off-screen, according to Star: Or at least easily rumored to be thanks to tons of pictures of them, oh, I dunno, playing husband and wife:

“The hugging didn”t end when the cameras stopped rolling,” one crew member tells Star. “They were very flirty together, far more than you would expect. In between takes they were hanging onto each other. They are very friendly.”

Kevin Federline is doing Broadway

Kevin Federline might be coming to Broadway. He”s reportedly been offered a role in the Tony-nominated musical Legally Blonde based on the nothing-nominated movie. Us Magazine reports:

The former backup dancer and aspiring hip-hop artist — who is hitting the gym after packing on “daddy weight,” ex Shar Jackson says — will test his song-and-dance chops in a trio of roles — including the UPS guy who inspires the “bend and snap.” “This is his chance to show the world what he can do,” says a pal.
