Brad Pitt Says Baby’s Birth is ‘Imminent’ May 25, 2006
Posted by Gossip Chick in : Celebrity Gossip , comments closedBrad pitt has sent an e-mail to the Cannes Film Festival on tuesday saying he was unable to attend because of the “imminent arrival” of his new baby. Sources say that Angelina Jolie is due to have her baby next week.
Brad pitt is residing in Namibia with Angelina Jolie under heavy security and is awaiting the birth of the couple’s first child. Brad apologized for the fact that he was not able to attend the Cannes Film Festival with the rest of the crew to introduce his new film “Babel”. In this film, Pitt plays a husband and father trying to cope with a crisis while on vacation. Cate Blanchett plays Pitt’s wife.

Nicole Richie and Ex-Fiance Split Again May 23, 2006

After an on and off relationship,Nicole Richie and Adam Goldstein have announced that they are not officially split. “We are confirming that we have amicably separated” the paid said in a statement by Richie”s publicist Cindy Guagenti. They did not provide any details of the break-up. Richie, 24 and Goldstein, a professional club DJ who goes by the name DJ AM, called off their engagement in December. Source: MSN News

Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his wife Heather Mills McCartney said Wednesday that they are separating after nearly 4 years of marriage. The primary reason they say is because of the intrusions by the media. Rumors have been spreading for awhile that Heather Mills who is about half his age wanted to spend more time campaigning against land mines and fur and that there was rift between the singers children and Heather Mills. Since there was no prenuptial agreement, Heather Mills could possibly receive upwards of $400 million dollars from McCartney”s estimated $1.5 billion fortune. Source: MSN

Pop star Britney Spears has unwillingly becomed the poster women for child car seat safety. Questions arose tuesday when front page photographs were published showing the pregnant star driving a convertible Mini Cooper with 8-month old son preston in the back, sitting in a car seat facing forward. The Photo has sparked a debate on whether she violated the California vehicle code. The code states that child safety seats must be properly installed according to federal safety guidelines which recommend that babies up to a year old and at least 20 pounds ride in them in the back seat facing backward. The recent tension started when recently married Aguilera told the June issue of GQ magazine that “she was never cool to me. To the point that one time we were at a party and I think she got really drunk, and she had just really derogatory things to say to me in front of [Aguilera trails off] . . . But it was at that time that she had that breakdown, so she might have been very medicated.”
Carey and her Manager issued a quick response saying that  “I had hoped that Christina was in a better place now than the last time I saw her, when she showed up uninvited at one of my parties and displayed questionable behavior,”

Beautiful Actress Demi Moore is to take on her first new film since Charlie”s Angels. Moore has been taking some time off from the big screen and it looks like she is ready to make her comeback. This film will have Moore portraying the legendary fashion designer Coco Chanel. Moore will be playing Chanel from the age of 20 through maturity.
